Our newest addition is our Online Catalog/Ordering Program. It is a more user friendly program that shows in great detail, many of the products we sell. Customers can find product descriptions, specifications and even links to MSDS — not to mention place orders online! Our Customer Service program allows you to order, view invoices, check status, view history and more. Our Corporate Management Program allows you to set dollar and quantity budgets, analyze purchase history by location, automatically notify management of over budget situations and more. These programs are easy to use and available to all Stevens Company customers. To get started follow the instructions below.

Our Customer Service program allows you to order, view invoices, check status, view history and more. Below are helpful instructions on downloading the Customer Service Module Install Utility. Online documentation and a printable brochure are also available for this software.

Downloading the Customer Service Module Install Utility and testing your internet connection.

Click here to download Customer Service Module Install Utility then click on 'Save'
Use the button to create a new folder called 'STEVENS' on your desktop for convenient access.
When downloading completes choose 'Open Folder' and double click on CustInstall (CustInstall.exe)
Follow the instructions on the Customer Service Install Utility screens, and continue with the tips below.
After clicking the 'Install Customer Service' button you will be prompted 'Please Enter Your Company Code'
    The company code for all customers is 'STEVENS' click 'OK' to continue and install Customer Service.
When the install completes open the folder you choose above and double click on Cust (or WebCust)
Enter your customer service username and your password to login.
